Alelo had an ambitious to-do list for their web and mobile platforms. The company, which provides employee benefits for millions of users, wanted to overhaul the user experience with the end goal of simplifying every step of their journey. Together with Dexence, Alelo launched Meu Alelo Web (My Alelo Online), which was such a huge hit that Alelo quickly tapped Dexence to create a mobile version.
It all began at the end of 2017…
Alelo started looking for a new partner that could plan, design and execute large scale projects capable of supporting their large and growing user base. Not only that, but Alelo needed a provider that could play well in the sandbox since their own in-house team would work hand in hand with the selected vendor.
After assessing the field against their criteria, Alelo found Dexence to be the best match. By extending their internal team with an experienced squad, Alelo was confident that these combined forces could meet a seemingly impossible deadline: launch a new, fully functional web portal in 6 months.
Dexence quickly assessed Alelo’s infrastructure, pinpointing areas of improvement and creating action plans. After the DevOps crew had their side squared away, Dexence’s UX team surveyed users and put this collective feedback into action, addressing scalability and usability in one fell swoop.
